Dear Praying Friends,

I don't know about you, but sometimes I have the tendency in prayer to major on my personal needs, and at times, neglect interceding for others as well as offering praise and thanksgiving to my Lord. Having read numerous prayer letters and having written a few myself, I never want my family's prayer letter to reflect the pitfalls of my personal prayer life. Please excuse me while I take this time to reflect on God's provision, watch care, and graciousness over the last few months, and thereby purposefully neglecting to share with you special needs and reasons for our further financial support.

Praise the Lord that He takes care of His children. Recently, He used His people to provide me with a new suit, Nina with several new church outfits, complete with shoes and accessories, and all of our kids with new church shoes and pockets full of change to spend, at Mom and Dad's discretion. Justice is now 9 months old, and we have only recently begun to buy him diapers. For the last 9 months, the Lord has provided every pack of Huggies that we have needed. God has blessed us with five children, and we have never had to buy diapers for the first six months with any of them. Glory to be God that since our last prayer letter one thoughtful congregation received an offering for us (as well as another family in the ministry) to put a brand new set of Michelin tires on our Suburban. With the money received we were also able to get the front-end aligned. Each church that we have visited has given cheerfully toward the ministry, and I praise the Lord for that.

Lately the Lord has not only taken care of our needs, but He has also watched over us during our travels. We have visited GA, TN, MS, AL, and AR. He has kept us safe along the way. Our vehicle has operated properly, and we have always had a clean, comfortable place to stay. While the family has not always been in the perfect health, I will thank the Lord that things have not been much worse. 1 Thess. 5:18 states, “In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.”

Finally, I want to praise the Lord for His special grace. He has given us a wonderful sending church and pastor with dedicated people a part of our ministry, and He has burdened others, producing numerous faithful supporters. He has allowed us to spend precious time with family along the way, and for that we praise Him. We know that the days grow short, and each meeting is special. Thus far, God has allowed me to preach or present the ministry in almost 60 different churches. Pastors, thank you. I don't want to ever take that for granted. We're resolved to give thanks and praise to our Lord Jesus Christ, for He alone is worthy. As always, if you have internet access, take a look at our website - www.mbcportugalmissions.com. It is updated periodically with our goings-on.

Yours for Portugal,

The Andrzejewski Family
